Solid 10 years of experience in the instructing recruits, active police officers, a sergeant, lieutenant and captain.
· Assumes the lead role in the Police Department INTAC development (in the tactical training services), the author of the lesson plans based on training scenarios in a “live fire” environment to improve tactics appropriate and retention of firearms to minimize the escalation of incidents. Results: The number of shooting incidents declined significantly since the program began in 1996.
Community Police Supervisor – Queens, 102nd City (population: 90,000)
1990-1992
Awarded 15 police officers to the community beat based on the analysis of the key problems in a wide variety of queens, major shopping areas. Played a key role in the treatment of European issues. Chairing weekly community meetings with a maximum of 100, composed of local leaders and activists.
· Used mediate strong and innovative solutions to skills to resolve complaints and close the gap between religious leaders, merchants and residents.
• The pilot program successfully implemented – CAT – for GLA (auto theft). Results: 20-25% reduction in auto theft.
Sergeant Patrol Supervisor and Office – Queens, 114th Precinct (population: 120,000)

Assigned and supervised up to 60 and 20 uniformed members of various civil, covering the city streets of New York challenging the city, and two central ConEd, Tri-City and the Queensborough Bridge, Grand Central Parkway, LaGuardia Airport, Rikers Island The city and increased housing development. Successful team with three supervisors to coordinate communications and tasks. Effectively address the management of resources, staying within budget.
• Check the great civil unrest in the housing development in effective resource allocation, staff coordination and the task force, and Controlling Crowds. Results: no injuries and minimal damage.
• In collaboration with other supervisors (crime, community policing, and an office manager / patrol) in the development of emergency procedures and disaster preparedness plan for the airport to La Guardia and cone plant.
Police Officer – Northern Brooklyn, Ward 94 (population: 70,000)
1985-1989
Assigned to the major shopping district, composed of merchants, high traffic volume, consumers, and diversity. Attended monthly community (council) meetings for up to 50 participants and facilitated the resolution of problems.
· Initiated successful resolution of complaints from the community 15 years about the odd commercial on-time deliveries using active listening, mediation, negotiation and decision making abilities.
